Bio
I finished my M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering in 2016 at the University of Tehran, Iran, where I was a Prize Fellow. My thesis was on the thermal management for hot spots and electronic components using PCM (Phase Change Material) integrating forced-air convection, and, in particular, on Li-ion battery pack of EVs. Part of my thesis published in peer-reviewed journals is below in the Publication section.
Aside from the areas of energy conversion and management, I'm interested in the area of Cooling technology for electronic systems. All areas of electric vehicles interest me.

Education
What I’ve Learned
My education has not only provided the foundation for the rest of my experiences but has also made me a lifelong learner who is eager to gain more skills and knowledge. Take a look at my academics below.
Sep 2014 - Oct 2016
M.Sc., Mechanical Engineering, Energy Conversion
Thesis topic; “ Experimental study of thermal management of rectangular electronics components using phase change material (PCM) and forced air convection ”
A novel hybrid thermal management system for Li-ion battery modules under a stressful condition was introduced. The paraffin (PCM) played a passive role, and the air was chosen as the medium for the active part. The primary focus was on passive-active integration design, in which the copper foam played a crucial role in enhancing the thermal conductivity of PCM and connect the heat sink directly to the battery surface. The results showed considerable improvement compared to active and passive systems.

My Positions
Background & Expertise
Research Assistant
Oct 2017 - to present
After graduation from M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, I continued my research and interests at a higher level as a research assistant at Heat Transfer Lab under the guidance of my supervisor (Professor Ashjaee) and handled graduate students focusing on experimental performance optimization for hybrid thermal management systems.
Apart from being a research assistant, various experimental and numerical studies in the area of Cooling technology including Cold Plate and natural convection at the laboratory are also conducted. It can be summarized as follow:
• Pioneer in Cooling Technologies development at the University
• Laboratory adviser; in the area of Thermal Management and Heat Transfer
• Handle of graduate students focusing on experimental performance optimization for hybrid thermal management systems, active and passive approaches
Ajam Construction Co
Dec 2008 - Jul 2012
It was employed as an employee after graduation. I was responsible for the Ideation and design of buildings and the creation of plans that explain the characteristics of mechanics of materials, drilling cost estimates, and construction planning table.
My other activities were consulting with the employer (client) in order to determine the type, style, and purpose of the renovation or construction of new buildings.
In the last year of my work, I prepared or supervised the delivery of projects, and lists of quantities of materials.
